The hotel's friendly staff is the only highlight of a bleak stay. Though the city center location sounds ideal, the surrounding noise made for a restless night. the bathroom lacked ventilation, leaving a damp, musty smell. the breakfast was disappointing and the room was poorly equipped, even missing basic amenities like water bottles and a mini-fridge.
The Wi-Fi is unreliable and barely usable, disrupting any chance of work or leisure.

During my Christmas holiday, I stayed at a modern hotel in central Bishkek. The hotel staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They even offered decorated Christmas cookies for breakfast, which was a lovely touch. The room was perfectly clean, and the bed was comfortable which helped me have a good night's sleep.
The only downside of my stay was that the room had no fridge. It would have been great to have cold water and keep some snacks which would have added to my overall experience.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and very polite. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast was quite tasty and substantial. The hotel's location was convenient and the hotel facilities were great.

The staff was absolutely amazing! They were always there to help, were very friendly and welcoming. the hotel itself was modern and clean, with nice decor and a good location in the city center. the breakfast was tasty and filling, with a decent selection to choose from.
The WiFi was quite unreliable and difficult to work with at times. the rooms were lacking some basic amenities such as a mini fridge, shoe mat, and shoe stand.
